Class 12 Results Published Within 35 Days, 69.75 Percent Pass in Regular Category

The National Examination Board has published the Class 12 results. This year, the board published the results within 35 days of the examination. The examination was held from Baisakh 14 to Baisakh 27. A total of 418,170 students had appeared in the examination, including 332,241 regular students and 85,929 partial students.

In the regular category, 231,770 students received grades, while 100,471 students were non-graded. The pass rate in the regular category stood at 69.75 percent. According to the board, 17,786 students secured a GPA between 3.61 and 4.00, while 64,821 students received a GPA between 3.21 and 3.60. Similarly, 94,249 students secured a GPA between 2.81 and 3.20, 50,597 students received a GPA between 2.41 and 2.80, 4,308 students received a GPA between 2.01 and 2.40, and nine students secured a GPA between 1.61 and 2.00. In the partial category, 36,420 out of 85,929 students received grades, which is 42.38 percent. Overall, 64.13 percent of students were graded when regular and partial results are combined. The board said the examinations of 40 students were cancelled, including 30 from the regular category and 10 from the partial category. Students can check their results through the board’s result website, Nepal Telecom’s website, SMS service, IVR service and USSD code.
