Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has said Congress is not an enemy of Rastriya Swatantra Party but a competitor, adding that Congress wants to grow through honest work.
Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has said his party is not an enemy of Rastriya Swatantra Party. Addressing RSP’s first general convention, Thapa said Congress sees RSP as a competitor, not an enemy. He said Congress wants to compete and grow taller through its own work, not by weakening RSP.
Thapa said Congress does not want to become taller by making RSP smaller or by cutting its legs. He said Congress wants to grow through honesty in mind, words and actions. Thapa also said Congress wants to become clean by removing the stink within its own party, not by portraying RSP as dirty. He added that Congress has admired RSP’s rise and wants to become taller through fair competition.
